ORDERING BY PHONE: We will do whatever we can to help you with your order. It is best to order on-line yourself, using our safe, secure system. Most of the
time, if you are calling to place an order over the phone, we will be simply ordering on-line for you. If you wish to make your purchase as an in-store sale, we can run your credit card number on one of our cash registers instead.
If you want to view an item from our on-line stock in the store, you can request to see any piece you like, and then you can purchase it in store. Please try to have the SKU number of the item, or the "name" of it written down when you come in, or when you call.
We have staff available from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday; Sunday 12:00am to 6:00pm. When we we are closed, feel free to leave a message. We will make multiple attempts to return all calls. Please leave us your name, number and the recommended time of day to reach you.
