Losar -Year of the Iron Tiger

Tibetan new year, or Losar, is the most auspicious day of the calendar. The 15 day festival usually draws massive crowds of Tibetans in their best finery, but due to the political situation in Tibet, the Dalai Lama requested that this years ceremonies be low key. It was still a captivating experience.
